A group is made up of at least ten persons reserving and travelling together. From 10 to 24 persons (or 36 travelling in "Espace à 6"), you can organize your trip directly in a train station or your approved travel agency.
Reservations for dinner and breakfast in the dining car are made on board. If you are travelling in a sleeping car, the attendant will collect your reservation in your cabin. If you are travelling in couchettes, go directly to the dining car where you will be served according to availability. A light breakfast of hot drinks, croissant and orange juice is included in the sleeping car service.
Small dogs and cats in carriers, as well as guideeye dogs, are accepted on board and travel at no cost. Guide dogs must be muzzled. Larger animals can be accepted in certain conditions. .
Because space is limited, bicycles are allowed on board only if they can be folded and placed in a cover..
In the Artesia TGV, a place for a wheelchair is available in 1st class. It must be requested at the time of reservation. Artesia night trains are only accessible for persons using folding wheelchairs.

The TRENITALIA Disabled Assistance Centre helpline is on 199 30 30 60 every day from 7am to 9pm.
You can also go to the welcome desk of train stations to obtain assistance for getting to your seat in the train (see section Station Services).
Special rates are available for persons with disabled perosns card, as well as for the accompanying persons, again, with the appropriate card.
