Travel freely

  • Full Fare (Flexi) : change your ticket whenever you want, 
    and travel without constraints;
  • Flexi Child : children aged over 4 and under 12 on train's departure
    date. Children under 4 travel free if no seat is required.

Take advantage of competitive prices

  • Standard (Switch) : buy up to 3 days before departure (TGV),
    up to 7 days before departure (couchettes) and up to 14 days
    before departure (sleeping cars).
  • Départ+   (Go) : buy up to 10 days before departure (TGV),
    up to 14 days before departure (couchettes) and up to 45 days
    before departure (sleeping cars).
  • Child : children aged over 4 and under 12 on train's departure
    date. Children under 4 travel free if no seat is required.

Travel at the lowest price

  • Pass 1 : Global Pass covering France and Italy : Eurail Global Pass,
    Eurail Selectpass (including France and Italy), Eurail France-Italy pass
  • Pass 2 : Partial Pass covering either France or Italy :
    Eurail Selectpass (including France or Italy), France Railpass, Eurail Italy Pass, Eurail France-Switzerland,
    Eurail France-Spain, Eurail France-Italy, Eurail France-Germany,
    Eurail Benelux-France, Eurail Greece-Italy, and Eurail Italy-Spain

All prices are offered on all Artesia trains, but they are not available for the same number of places in every train.

We recommend buying your ticket as early as possible to obtain the lowest prices, as availability is reduced and prices raise as the train becomes more fully-booked. 

Reserve and buy your ticket 

To travel by Artesia train, you must have a ticket with reservation.
Night trains travel through Switzerland, so passengers from a country outside the European Union must have valid passports and in some cases a visa (consult your consulate for more information).


After sales conditions

Ticket exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of travel solution you have bought (and on where the ticket is cancelled or stamped). A penalty fee may apply.

In Europe...

Exchanges :
You must buy a new ticket in Europe. 
Unused tickets must be stamped in a European Railway station
within the time frame allowed for cancellations in Europe.
Unused stamped tickets must then be returned to the issuing
office for a refund.

Refunds for unused tickets (cancellation of train journey) : 
Unused tickets must be stamped in a European Railway station
within the time-frame allowed for cancellations in Europe.
Unused stamped tickets must then be returned to the issuing 
office for a refund.
When applicable, refunds can only be granted in your
country up to 60 days after the train's departure date.


In your country...
