The advantages of going in groups with Artesia
Conditions and booking procedures
On the Artesia trains, “groups” are defined as at least 10 people travelling together.
For information and booking, you can contact the authorised travel agencies in your country.
Important:
- Booking is compulsory on all the Artesia trains.
- The night trains transit through Switzerland so passengers must have a valid ID and travel document;
passengers of non-EU countries must travel with passport and possibly the required visa (more information can be found from the related consulates/embassies).
We recommend buying your ticket as early as possible to obtain the lowest prices, as availability is reduced and prices raise as the train becomes more fully-booked.
Find the group fares and sales conditions here:
The group fares apply to all the Artesia trains but the places available vary according to the journey dates and the prior-booking period.
To take advantage of the cheapest fares, we recommend buying your tickets as early as possible.
